Nature has everything we need to feed ourselves on all levels. I have been putting recipes together that are colorful and as natural as possible. Take a look to see what is in store and to let me know what you might like at Friday night's feast as a main course.
Breakfast choices:

- Saute'd Vegetable Medley with Fresh Herbs
- Fresh Salad with Strawberry Vinegar and Dressing
- Quinoa and/or Polenta as a side dish
- Italian Turkey Meatballs and Pasta?

Everything sounds fantastic so far...I love salmon and asparagus. I wish I new of a way I could bring lobster with me, lol. It is so inexpensive here right now and oh so delicious.
ReplyDeleteSounds like I will be a stick in the mud with food selections.I wish I liked more variety. I don't eat most vegies, feta, quinoa, pasta or eggs. Chicken sounds good.
